The use, reproduction and transformation of the published content is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by CHAINED.
The contents and services of the website may be modified or suspended at any time and without prior notice in order to be improved. We try to ensure that our content is reviewed and correct, but if an error is detected, it will be immediately corrected.
CHAINED attempts to display the colours of the product photos as accurately as possible. However, these may vary slightly depending on the monitor or screen used for viewing, so CHAINED cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the colour shown.
CHAINED is not responsible for the accuracy of the content published on its website that has been introduced or modified by a third party, reserving the right to remove inappropriate content or opinions or that may contravene national or international legislation.

Prices and Shipping Costs
Product prices are expressed in euros and include 21% VAT as established by current regulations. Prices are valid, except for typographical errors. Shipping costs are not part of the price. Shipping to Spain is free. For other destinations, please contact us.
Payment Methods
Payment on our website is always done securely, your data will not be accessible to third parties at any time.
Payment can be made in different ways:
Bank cards or Paypal through the Paypal payment platform. The data relating to your bank card is collected directly by the Paypal payment gateway, so in no case do we have access to them.
Delivery Time
As a general rule, orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the day after receipt of payment, provided that this is completed before 12:00 p.m.
Delivery can be agreed to a different place than the buyer's usual.
To do so, clearly indicate this when placing the order.
In the event that the customer refuses to receive the order once delivery has been attempted by the transport company, this will entail a charge of €6 to be deducted from the amount to be returned as shipping management costs.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is not correct, the order will be automatically returned and CHAINED will not be responsible for any damages. will bear the cost of the second shipment.
Returns and Order Revocation
Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade gives you the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and labelling. The return cannot be made if the products have been subjected to any type of inappropriate handling. The costs and expenses incurred by the return will be your responsibility. You must always make the shipment after confirming its viability with us by sending us an email or contacting us in any other way. In no case will returns sent directly with postage paid or partial returns be accepted.
If the product is defective, CHAINED will be responsible for the shipping and replacement costs, but you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. In the event of not having stock, CHAINED will refund the amount paid for the product.
